Should be in next week!
The saga goes on but I am confident we will be in next week. Work has started and the steel for the cellar cabinet may be in before next weekend. Lots to do now hope to be open in about 4 weeks.
Congrats To Gregg and Julie at The Snug Carnforth, this excellent Micropub is officially the best pub in Lunesdale because the guys at their local Camra branch say so and they are having their presentation on Tuesday 9th April.
Just added a map I will set up a link to a larger version and add a slide show of some before pics.

On the last lap.
Everything in the hands of the solicitors so we should be in next week and the hard work to get set up and opened begins. Can't give an opening date yet but keep following the Blog for updates. Cheers.

We could be on our way!
Well today was another typical roller coaster. I found out that we have been granted our change of use but subject to conditions which will be advised by letter. I just have to believe that it's nothing too onerous. Amendments to the license are in, building control have my application and have asked for confirmation on several points to which I have just emailed my response. So we are on our way, now the hard work starts. Who knows we may be open for Easter!

Things are looking up!
Just heard that I may have some good news next Monday regarding the planning. Plans for a minor change to the Licence are in hand so we could be up and running for Easter. Now the hard work will start. Thanks to those who have assisted with support, advice and encouragement.

Two steps forward One step back
Still plodding on but nothing goes smoothly now on plan D for cellar location and still battling for Plan B regarding the loo but getting chinks of light and can't wait to get cracking. February will come and go but hopeful for a March start. Cheers mildorbitter.
