Happy New Year
The year has started as the old one finished still waiting for a date for the change of use.
Technical issues relating to planning consent from the 1980's are the current problem.
Just got to be patient I guess!
I have picked up paneling for a bar front and have been working on plan B,C and D regarding the location Of the casks if my preferred cellar plans are blocked.
We Will get there but early March looks more realistic.
